Introductory Flights
Introductory flights are a great way to see if flying is something you'll enjoy at a reasonable cost. Introductory flights are $60 and last approximately 25-30 minutes.
Tailwheel Transition
We provide tailwheel transition training in our Citabria. We’ve found that the Citabria is an ideal aircraft for this role. It provides a stable platform where you can safely practice three point landings and wheel landings without having to spend excess time learning the aircraft’s systems. Sport Pilot Certificate
We now offer Sport Pilot Certificate training in our Aeronca L-3. Our L-3 spent 1943-44 training pilots for the US Army. Now you can train in it also. The simple Aeronca allows you to focus your training on flying and not spending extra time (and money) learning how to operate radios, GPS, and digital instrument panels. Private Pilot Certificate
All of our training is done in our Citabria. We strongly believe that learning in a taildragger will make you a better pilot. You will master basic stick and rudder skills allowing you to transition to just about any aircraft you would like to fly. We also teach using as many real world scenarios as possible. We’ll fly off of both pavement and turf runways. We also try to incorporate short cross country flights to airshows or fly-ins in the area. Not only will you learn to fly, you’ll have a blast doing it!

Enhanced Stick and Rudder Skills
Sharpen your skills. Learn to feel what the aircraft is doing and how to react accordingly. Learn how to tell if your turns are coordinated without looking at the slip/skid indicator. This one hour course is great for those of you used to flying Cessnas and Pipers.
Unusual Attitude Training
We will teach you aircraft control from a different perspective! Learn how to control your aircraft from flight attitudes other than straight and level flight. This is a great course for a flight review or for just having fun!

Citabria:
$125/hr dual instruction (includes aircraft, fuel, and instructor fees)
$85/hr aircraft rental (includes fuel. sales tax is added to rentals)
Aeronca L-3C:
$100/hr dual instruction (includes aircraft, fuel, and instructor fees)
$65/hr aircraft rental (includes fuel. sales tax is added to rentals)
